fresh Basil Leaves. . . . .50g/2oz Garlic Cloves. . . . . 1-2 Pine Nuts. . . . . . 3 Tbsp Olive Oil. . . . . 120ml/4fl.oz. Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese. . . . .50g/2oz
Preparation:

place The Basil, Pine Nuts And Garlic In A Food Processor And Process Until Finely Chopped And Well Mixed.
With The Machine Still Running, Gradually Add The Olive Oil And Continue To Process Until The Pesto Is Almost Smooth.
Transfer To A Bowl And Stir In The Cheese Until Well Mixed.
Cover And Refrigerate Until Ready To Use.



Very Good Served Over Vegetables Or Pasta. You can serve with your family and friends.
