Preparation:
Preheat The Oven To 450o.
Cut Each Squash In Half Vertically, Scoop Out The Seeds, And Place, Cut Side Up, In A Roasting Pan.
Pour ¼ Cup Of Water Into Each Half; Bake 20 Minutes.
Drizzle Each Half With 1 Tablespoon Of The Olive Oil, Season With Salt And Pepper, Sprinkle With 2 Tablespoons Of The Grana, And Top With 3 Of The Sage Leaves.
Bake 30 Minutes, Or Until Tender. Serve Hot.
