Parsley. . . . 75ml(5tblspn) Whie Wine Vinegar. . . .30ml(2tblspns) Garlic, Peeled And Sliced. . . 3 Cloves Capers, Finely Chopped. . . 30 Ml(2 Tblspns) Olive Oil. . . . 30ml(2 Tblsns) Spring Onions ,chopped. . . .2-3 Salt To Taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper To Taste
Preparation:
Blend The Parsley,garlic And Vinegar In The Liquidiser.pour The Parsley Sauce Into A Small Bowl And Mix With The Capers,olive Oil,spring Onions And Salt Pepper.mix Well.cover And Chill For 10-15 Minutes.the Sauce Can Be Thinned To The Consistency With A Little Olive Oil.

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes Makes About: 200ml A Perfect Italian Sauce To Serve With Any Pasta Or Veal. Can Be Relished With Indian Parathas Also. You can serve with your family and friends.
