Ingredients:
Egg Yolks, Beaten . 3 Nos
Sugar . . . . . . . . . 1 Cup
Milk . . . . . . . . . . 1 Cup
Salt . . . . . . . . . . ¼ Tsp
Cream . . . . . . . . . 2 Cups
(whipping And Heavy)
Vanilla . . . . . . . . . 1 Tsp
Chocolate . . . . . . . 2 Ounces
(melted And Cooled)
Preparation:
Melt And Cool Unsweetened Chocolate. Mix Egg Yolks, Sugar, Milk, Chocolate And Salt In 2-quart Saucepan. Cover Over Medium Heat, Stirring Constantly, Just To Boiling (do Not Boil). Refrigerate In Chilled Bowl 2 To 3 Hours, Stirring Occasionally, Until Room Temperature. Stir Whipping Cream And Vanilla Into Milk Mixture. Pour Into 1-quart Ice-cream Freezer. Freeze According To Manufacturer`s Directions.
