Beef Or Mutton 1 Kg (boneless)
Liver ½ Kg
Green Chilies 3
Ginger 2
" Piece Garlic 20
Flakes Kashmiri Dried Red Chilies 14
Pepper Corns ¾ Tsp
Cumin Seed ¾ Tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 ½ Tsp
Turmeric 1" Piece Vinegar
Tamarind & Salt As Per Taste
Cooking Oil 2 Tbsp
Preparation:
1. Boil The Meat And Liver In 2 Cups Of Water Till It Reduces To One Cup (to Be Kept Aside).
2. Remove Meat And Liver And Cut Into Small Pieces.
3. Add 2 Table Spoons Of Habib Cooking Oil And Chop Very Finely The Green Chilies, Ginger, Garlic And Add To The Fried Meat.
4. Grind To A Smooth Paste The Kashmiri Chilies, Pepper Corns, Cumin, Coriander Seeds And Turmeric In Vinegar. Add This To The Meat And Fry Well.
5. Finally, Add The Remaining Cup Of Water In Which The Meat Was Boiled With Salt, Tamarind And Vinegar To Taste.
