Ingredients:

Vinegar . . . . . . . 3 Cup
Water . . . . . . . . 1 Cup
Sugar . . . . . . . . 4 Cup
Salt . . . . . . . . . . 2 Tbsp
Dry Mustard . . . . 1 Tbsp
Turmeric . . . . . . . 1 Tsp
Preparation:
Cut Celery Stems Into 1 Inch Lengths. Cook In Salt Water Until Tender But Not Soft. Drain. Combine Vinegar, Sugar, Water, And Spices. Bring To A Boil. Add Celery And Bring To Boiling Point. Pack In Jarsand Seal.
