(washed, Wiped And Chopped)

Chili Powder . . . . . . . 100 Gm
Fenugreek Seeds . . . . 50 Gm
(ground Fine)
Asafoetida . . . . . . . . 15 Gm
Turmeric Powder . . . . 2 Tbsp
Sesame Oil . . . . . . . . 1 Cup
Preparation:
Heat 1-cup Oil And Add The Lemons. Sauté For About 10 Minutes Over Low Heat. Add The Salt And Chili Powder And Sauté For Another 10 Minutes. Add The Fenugreek, Asafoetida And Turmeric And The Rest Of The Oil Amp; Bring To A Boil. Lower The Heat And Cook For 10 Minutes. Take It Off The Heat And Store In A Clean Airtight Jar When Cool.
