Ingredients:
potatoes ½ Kg Peeled
Boiled
Cut Into Small Cubes
Red Chili Powder ½ Tsp
Turmeric ½ Tsp
Kalonji ½ Tsp
Oregano Seeds(ajwain) ¼ Tsp
Karhi Patta 6 Leaves
Tamarind Extract(in Hot Water) ½ Cup
Mint Leaves 2 Tbsp
Green Chilies 4 (sliced)
Onions (chopped) 2 Medium Sized
Habib Cooking Oil 2-3 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves For Garnishing
Salt To Taste
Preparation:
1. Heat The Habib Cooking Oil.
2. Add Onions And Cook Till Tender.
3. Add Karhi Patta And All The Spices, Boiled Potatoes With Tamarind Extract, And Mint Leaves.
4. Let It Cook On Low Heat For 5 Minutes.
Garnish With Coriander Leaves.
Serve Hot.
