Capsicum Cut In Half Rings. . . . . . . 1 Cup
Tomatoes Cut In Quarters. . . . . . . . 2-3 No.
Salt And Pepper. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . To Taste

Preparation:
Heat 2 Tbsp Of Oil In A Clean Pan.
Put Beans, Vegetables, Salt And Pepper In The Heated Oil.
Saute For 1-2 Minutes.
Add Vinegar And One Spoon Of Sugar.
