Preparation:
Knead The Dough Little Hard By Adding Aa The Dough Ingredients.from 2 Cups Of Maida You Can Make 12 Takkoz.roll The Dough Like Chapatti And On Tava Foment(senkna) Till Half A Done Now Fry Them As You Like Straight Or “u” Shape With The Help Of Tong. In Little Oil Fry 1 Onion Add Chicken Fry For Few Minutes Then Add Salt,red Chilly Powder,gharam Masala Powder,chopped Green Chillies And Yogurt Cook Till Meat Is Tender And Cooked(you Can Cook Chicken As You Like Also). For The Filling First Put Chicken On Takkoz Then Vegetables And In End Add The Toppings(yogurt,chatney And Ketchup)
