Ingredients:
Eggs (hard Boiled). . . . . . . . . . 4
Mayonnaise. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1/3 Cup
Mustard (seeded). . . . . . . . . . . 1 Tsp
Tabasco Sauce. . . . . . . . . . Few Drops
Fresh Chives (chopped). . . . .2 Tsp
Paprika. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Pinch
Snow Pea Sprouts
Black Olives. . . . . . . . . . . . . 12
Preparation:
Cut Eggs In Half Length Ways. Mash Yolks Lightly With Fork In Owl, Stir In Mayonnaise, Mustard, Sauce, Chives And Paprika. Spoon Yolk Mix- Ture Back Into Egg Halves. Arrange Snow Pea Sprouts On Serving Plate, Top With Egg Halves And Olives.
