Honey Mustard Dressing . . . ¼ Cup

Preparation:
Combine Sweet Potatoes, Pineapple, Apple, Celery And Cashews In A Large Bowl. In A Small Bowl, Combine Salad Dressing And Ginger; Pour Over Sweet Potatoe Mixture; Toss Lightly.
