Garam Masala 1 Tsp
Salt As Per Taste
Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp.
Lemon Juice 4 Tsp.
Cooking Oil 2 Cups

Preparation:
Marinate The Mutton Chops With Lemon Juice And Salt And Then Deep Fry In Habib Cooking Oil. Let The Fried Chops Cool And Then Marinate Them Once More With Red Chili Powder, Ginger, Garlic, Yogurt And Garam Masala And Keep Aside For Half An Hour. Next Place The Chops In A Pot And Let Them Cook On Low Heat, Till The Meat Is Tender. Whisk The Eggs And Heat Oil In A Deep Frying Pan. Now Dip The Chops In The Whisked Eggs And Then Coat Them With Bread Crumbs And Deep Fry Once More. Once The Chops Turn Golden Brown, Remove From Heat And Serve With Salad Leaves, Tomatoes And French Fries. This Dish Can Be Served With Tomato Ketchup Or Yogurt.
