Ingredients:
For Curry:
Oil: ½. Cup.
Red Chillie Powder: 1.tsp. Heaped.
Dhania Powder: 1.tsp.
Ginger/garlic Paste: 1.tsp.
Heaped. Onions: ½ Cup
Brown And Grind. Salt: 1. Tsp.
Water: ½. Cup.
Curd: 1. Cup. Well Beaten.
Haldi Powder: ½. Tsp.
For- Kofta:
Mince: ½.kg.
Small Illachi: 2
Cinnamon: 1.inch Piece.
Salt: 1.tsp.
Onion: 1. Medium Raw.
Black Pepper: 6 To 7. (whole)
Red Chilly: 4 To 5. (whole)
Ginger/garlic Paste: 2. Tsp.
Chana Ki Dal: ½ Pao Or ½ Cup.
White Zeera: 1.tsp. (whole)
Cloves: 4 To 5.
Red Chilly Powder: 1.tsp.
Eggs: 5 To 6. (boiled Hard)
Bari Illachi: 1.
Preparation:
Method:of Curry: First Heat Oil, Then Add Water With All Above Masala And Curd,fry Well; Now Add Brown Grinded Onion,fry Well By Sprinkle Little Water In It,than Add About ½cup Of Water And Cook On Medium Flame,till The Gravy Remains Slightly Thick.
Method:of Kofta: Cook Mince With All The Above Ingredients With 1.cup Of Water,till Water Dries Off Completely.cook And Grind To A Fine Paste,now Add 1.beaten Egg And A Tbsp Of Water,mix Well; Half Your Boiled Eggs, Take Little Portion Of The Mince, Put A Piece Of Boiled Egg On It. Shape Into Kofta; Then Fry Little Golden Brown In A Frying Pan. Before Serving: Put The Curry On The Serving Dish,top With Fried Kofta And Serve With Hand Made Chappatis,salads And Sprinkle Little Lemon Juice On It.garnish With Fresh Coriander Leaves.
