Preparation:
Heat Butter And Oil In Frying Pan, Add Onion And Garlic, Cook Until Onion Is Soft.
Cut Chicken Into 2cm Cubes, Toss In Flour.add Chicken To Pan With Onion, Cook 5 Minutes, Stirring Constantly.
Add Soup Mix,mustard,paprika, Rice And Water;simmer 15 Minutes Stirring Occasionally.
Toast Almonds On Oven Tray In Moderate Oven 5 Minutes .
Add The Almonds,champignons And Sour Cream To Chicken, Heat Without Boiling And Sprinkle With Parsley
