Ingredients:
½ Kg. Chicken Breast Skinned And Off The Bone
1 Tsp. Super Cooking Oil
½ Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp
Dhania Leaves ½ Tsp
Garam Masala
1 Tsp. Paprika
1 Tsp. Cumin
Ground
1-2 Tsp. Garlic
Ginger Powder
½ Tsp. Cinnamon Powder
1-3 Tsp. Chillie Powder
Preparation:
Clean The Chicken And Chop Coarse. Put The Chicken And All The Masala Into A Food Processor, Pulse The Processor And Then Run It For A Short While, Till The Mix Is Well Ground. Remove And Make Into Different Shaped Kababs. Pre-heat The Oven To 375 Degrees Farenheight, Place The Kababs On The Oven Tray Greased With Oil, And Bake For 15 Minutes.
