Preparation:
boil The Noodles And Keep Them Aside To Cool.mix Gram Flour With Water To Make A Smooth Thick Dough.add Salt, Red Chilies, Green Chilies, Cottage Cheese Cubes To The Noodles.
Pull These In The Gram Flour Mixture.heat The Oil In A Wok (karahi)shape The Mixture Into Small Pakoras (balls) And Deep Fry Till Golden Brown.serve Hot With Chili Sauce.
