Preparation:
In A Large Bowl, Mix Bananas, Cucumbers, Mint, Cilantro, Ginger, And Red Chile Pepper To Make Salsa.in A Small Bowl, Blend Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, And Brown Sugar Until Sugar Has Dissolved.
