The Second Method Is To Put The Egg In A Deep Sauce Pan Cover With Water And Heat Rapidly, On Boiling Turn Off The Heat. Remove Or Let Stand For 2 Minutes For Medium Boiled Eggs. Plunging Eggs In Cold Water For Few Seconds Makes Them Easier To Handle.
