Salt And Pepper. . . . . . . . . . . . .to Taste
Carrots. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 4 No.
Red Peppers (capsicum). . . 3 No.
Noodles. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 200 Gms
Parsley (chopped)
Celery. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ½ Cup
Preparation:
remove Any Fat From The Meat And Dice. Put Into Water In A Sauce Pan, Add Salt, Peppers, Parsley And Bring To Boil, Simmer Gently For 1 Hour. Meanwhile, Peal The Carrots And Cut Into Thin Strips (julienne) Core And Remove Seeds From The Red Peppers And Also Cut Them In Julienne Shape. Now Add Carrots, Peppers, Noodles And Celery To The Pan And Continue To Simmer Until The Vegetables Gets Tender. Garnished With Parsley And Serve Hot.
