Preparation:
take a bread pices and cut the corners,take a piece of bread,dip it in water and with the help of wooden roll{belan}roll the bread, marinate chicken with ketchup,salt & pepper .
take a rolled bread piece and put a layer of mashed potato on it.then put a layer of marinated chiken, then wrap it like a roll then dip it into beaten egg then roll it in bread crums , roll is ready for frying, fry it deeply in oil & serve it with ketchup...
