Ingredients:
¼ cup lemon-lime carbonated beverage
¼ cup dry sherry
¼ cup soy sauce

Preparation:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large shallow, nonreactive dish.
Add beef cubes; cover and marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or a minimum of 2 hours to overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove beef cubes from marinade, reserving marinade.
2. Alternately thread beef cubes, onion, mushrooms, green pepper and pineapple onto prepared skewers.
